Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for your SVYP subscription. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service (in particular Section 5, "Plans, trial, fees and billing").
1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be confident subscribing to SVYP. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of your subscription fee within 30 days of the charge.
We will refund the subscription fee for that billing period, less the value of any Credits you have already consumed during the period (charged at your plan's applicable per-Credit rate). In other words, you get your money back for what you have not used.
A Credit is consumed for each enriched profile generated through your Campaigns, as defined in the Terms of Service.
2. What is refundable
- Your subscription fee, where you request a refund within 30 days of the charge, less the value of Credits already consumed in that period.
3. What is not refundable
- Credits you have already consumed.
- Any charge older than 30 days at the time of your request.
- Usage or overage charges for Credits consumed beyond your plan's included allowance.
- Partial billing periods, which are not pro-rated on cancellation.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@svyp.io within 30 days of the charge. Please include:
- the email address on your SVYP account; and
- a brief reason for the request (this helps us improve, and is not a condition of your refund within the 30-day window).
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
5. How refunds are processed
Billing for SVYP is handled by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your subscription. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle. Paddle may also issue refunds under its own buyer terms. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on Paddle and your bank or card provider.
6. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing info@svyp.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund: any refund is handled separately under the 30-day guarantee above.
7. Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law, including the South African Consumer Protection Act where it applies. Nothing here limits a right that cannot be limited by law.
